If you are primarily seeking one-off input, please indicate this in your inquiry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fee Range<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fees are quoted on a case-by-case basis depending on scope, intensity, and duration. As an indicative range:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Retainer advisory: typically <strong>USD 4,000\u201310,000 per month<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project-based engagements: minimum fee threshold applied, depending on scope<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We focus on medium- to long-term value creation rather than short-term information delivery, and structure our engagements accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Capacity &amp; Selectivity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To preserve depth of engagement, we accept only around <strong>3\u20135 retainer clients<\/strong> (or less under a circumstance) at any given time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on your inquiry, we will assess strategic and cultural fit and, where appropriate, propose an initial meeting to explore collaboration.
