All engagements are led directly by the founder, ensuring senior-level, hands-on support. The number of concurrent clients is intentionally limited to maintain depth and quality.

Monthly retainer-based advisory for executive teams, R&D leadership, BD, or CVC/VC teams, including regular sessions and ad-hoc discussions. - Project-Based Advisory
Time-bound engagements focused on specific topics, such as portfolio review, entry into new therapeutic areas, or BNCT-related feasibility assessment. - One-off Consultations
In principle, reserved for existing clients or trusted referrals. If you are primarily seeking one-off input, please indicate this in your inquiry.
Fee Range
Fees are quoted on a case-by-case basis depending on scope, intensity, and duration. As an indicative range:
- Retainer advisory: typically USD 4,000–10,000 per month
- Project-based engagements: minimum fee threshold applied, depending on scope
We focus on medium- to long-term value creation rather than short-term information delivery, and structure our engagements accordingly.
Capacity & Selectivity
To preserve depth of engagement, we accept only around 3–5 retainer clients (or less under a circumstance) at any given time.
Based on your inquiry, we will assess strategic and cultural fit and, where appropriate, propose an initial meeting to explore collaboration. In some cases, we may decline if we believe we cannot add sufficient value.
