Notice of Execution of a Joint Research Agreement with the National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology (NCGG)

Bloom X³ (the “Company”) announces that it has entered into a joint research agreement with the National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology (National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology: NCGG; “NCGG”) and Dr. Masahiro Sugimoto, Director of the Cellular Pathophysiology Research Department, and has initiated the joint research collaboration in cancer- and aging-related fields.

Through this joint research, the Company will generate and deepen scientific insights in foundational science related to aging and age-associated biology, and will explore their potential applications in medicine and healthcare. By working with leading academic expertise, Bloom X³ will further strengthen the bridge from evidence-based research and development to societal implementation.
